By reducing the Perineum, the extra or atrophic folds of the Labia Majora can be reduced to provide a more youthful and aesthetic appearing vulva.
• Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Majora via Vertical or Horizontal Elliptical Excision is a common Female Genital Plastic Surgery procedure. Reduction of the Labia Majora can help provide a more youthful and aesthetic appearing vulva.
• Augmentation Labioplasty can provide aesthetically enhanced and youthful labia majora by autologous fat transplant (removal of the patients fat via Lipoharvest - a small amount of fat and transplanting it into the labia majora). • Liposculpturing of the fatty mons pubis and labia majora: Many people seek liposuction because they want to improve remove the unsightly fatty bulges of the mons pubis and labia majora. Also known as Vulvar Lipoplasty liposuction can remove unwanted fat of the mons pubis and upper parts of the labia majora. Laser Reduction Labiaplasty (LRL ®; also known as Designer Laser Vaginoplasty® or DLV®) is the aesthetic surgical enhancement of the vulvar structures, labia minora, labia majora, mons pubis, perineum, introitus, hymen, (see figure). Laser Reduction Labiaplasty has provided creative treatment solutions for patients from all 50 states and 30 countries. This has provided us with a vast experience and creative expertise to aesthetically design procedures in line with the specifications and desires of the patient.

Although our experience and techniques provide us the ability to design most anything that one can desire, our most common LRL procedures are as follows:
