29 year old woman with 2 children born vaginally, who in addition to inner and outer vaginal tightening, wanted her labia reduced so they didn’t protrude past her labia majora. She also ha a “bubble” down there that turned out to be a hemorrhoid. She was happy she didn’t need Rectal surgery also to repair the hemorrhoid bulge.
