Patient is a 45 year old Hispanic female status post five Vaginal Deliveries. She is obese with a history of Vaginal Relaxation and Urinary Stress Incontinence who desired ThermiVa as a temporary or annual treatment. She is considering permanent treatment of her condition with non-mesh vaginal surgery and vaginal tightening (Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation) with Labiaplasty after she loses significant weight.
